Exchange Server 2010 is a powerful tool for your messaging needs. It can improve your efficiency, service to your customers, and communication effectiveness. Many new features have been added to Exchange over the last few years including greater mobility, in-box organization tools and voice mail to in-box features.

Exchange Server software is already included with some versions of Small Business Server.

If you elect not to host your messaging needs in-house it is feasible to use hosted Exchange services. These services are provided by Microsoft and other providers.
