Jim represented the IT needs of our 250+ member Training Services Department over a number of years very capably. He considered the services that were needed by internal and external customers carefully and defined the software functionality needed. In addition, Jim coordinated the replacement of about 80 desktop computers, insuring effective coordination, training, and data backup.
